With a measurement range from 20 fA to 20 mA and resolution down to 10 fA, it delivers electrometer-class accuracy while remaining more cost-effective and compact.

In addition, the built-in 500V voltage source simplifies test configurations by eliminating the need for a separate supply, enabling direct measurement of current–voltage (I-V) characteristics, insulation resistance, leakage currents, and material conductivity.
